Biography:  Loretta Lee can help Heart-centred Business Owners and Executives create a life that they love living.

Loretta lives a life fulfilling her dreams in entrepreneurship, personal well-being, finance, relationships and life balance. For over 40 years, Loretta has been studying and implementing transformational success principles in her life; being the best person she can be.

Loretta founded and grew 3 companies to over £1Million turnover. Her company, one of the largest private training companies, was the first (in Malaysia) to obtain ISO 9001 certification in Training and Development. Together with her consulting business, she trained and coached her teams which led to the growth of her business.

In 2007, Loretta migrated to the UK to start anew and to find the best education for her twin girls, one diagnosed as ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorder). As an immigrant, and adapting to a new culture, Loretta sets out to fulfil her responsibility as a mother to provide the best care for both her daughters. She worked with the social services team, schools and other related support services.

With a positive attitude and applying the transformative principles, she had the most supportive group of people for her daughter and her family. She had to pinch herself to ensure that she wasn't dreaming. She knows with hindsight, that any parent or carer can access support if they have the correct mindset, the right attitude and approach in this delicate journey.

In her free time, she volunteers in her local community in the areas of combating loneliness, health and well-being, business development and spiritual support. She serves with humility, compassion, gratitude and generosity, which leads to a better understanding of the human condition.

While in Malaysia, she was awarded a Pingat Jasa Kebaktian (PJK), also known as the Meritorious Service Medal by the Sultan of Selangor, for her contribution to the community.

Loretta is a sought-after trainer and speaker in communication, personal development, leadership, administrative and management skills, franchise development, and business development. She holds an MBA (Maastricht School of Management,) CIMA, ICSA, CFP, among others.
